1. I bought a license of Musicfone. How do I unlock the software?
Choose Menu-Bar "Help", select "Enter Product-Key"

2. What kind of media-player do I need on my Pocket PC?
You do not need to install any Media Player Software on your device. Windows Media-Player is pre-installed.

3. Musicfone Demo does not synchronize.
You have to be online during working with Musicfone.

4. The USB cable is attached. However, PC and device are not connecting.
Please install Windows mobile Device Center 6.1 or newer. Download here.

5. How do I synchronize some Podcasts?
Create a playlist, drag & drop the podcasts you like in this playlist.

6. Is it possible to sync via WLan/Bluetooth?
No, only with USB-Connection.

7. New created playlist is undetected by ´Musicfone. What to do?
Usually iTunes is updating the iTuneslibary.xml within a 2days. If not, you can delete the file manually (located C:/user/my documents/my music/iTunes/), start iTunes again and a current one will be created.

8. How do I refresh the device libary?
Open Windows Media-Player on your phone, choose the preferred memory and refresh your library.
